Intellectual Property Claim
Last updated: September 2026
Weaveev respects the intellectual property rights of creators, businesses, brands, and other rights holders. We expect all content submitted to or used through our website to respect applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe that content available on the Weaveev website infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a claim for review using the process described below.
An intellectual property claim may relate to content that you reasonably believe infringes rights that you own or are authorized to enforce.
Examples may include:
- Unauthorized use of copyrighted photographs, graphics, text, or artwork.
- Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers.
- Product images or descriptions allegedly copied from a rights holder.
- Other website content that allegedly violates applicable intellectual property rights.
Claims should be submitted by the intellectual property owner or by an individual or organization authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
If you are submitting a claim for another rights holder, please identify your relationship to the rights holder and provide evidence of your authority to submit the claim when appropriate.
To help us review a claim efficiently, please provide sufficient information for us to identify the material and understand the basis of the alleged infringement.
Your claim should include:
- Your full name and contact information.
- The name of the intellectual property owner, if different from you.
- A description of the intellectual property right you believe has been infringed.
- A clear explanation of why you believe the reported content infringes that right.
- The specific URL or other location of the allegedly infringing content.
- Identification of the original work, mark, or protected material.
- Any supporting documentation or evidence that helps establish your rights.
- A statement confirming that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
For copyright-related claims, please identify the original copyrighted work and provide enough information for us to locate the material appearing on the Weaveev website.
If the work is registered or otherwise documented, you may include relevant registration information or other evidence supporting your ownership or authorization to act for the copyright owner.
For trademark-related claims, please identify the trademark, the rights holder, and the relevant goods or services associated with the mark.
Where applicable, include registration information, jurisdiction, registration number, or other documentation that supports the claimed trademark rights.
Please provide the complete website address or another specific location where the allegedly infringing material can be found.
Providing precise URLs and clear descriptions can help us locate and evaluate the reported content without unnecessary delay.
You may include documents or other information that reasonably supports your claim. Depending on the type of allegation, useful materials may include:
- Copyright registration information.
- Trademark registration information.
- Original publication records.
- Evidence of ownership or authorization.
- Comparison information showing the alleged unauthorized use.
- Other relevant documentation supporting the claim.
After receiving a sufficiently detailed claim, Weaveev may review the reported material and the information provided.
Depending on the circumstances, we may contact the reporting party for additional information, request clarification, restrict access to content, remove content, or take other appropriate action.
Submission of a claim does not guarantee that any particular action will be taken.
If content is restricted or removed because of an intellectual property complaint, the affected party may contact Weaveev to provide relevant information or dispute the claim.
We may review additional information and determine what action is appropriate based on the circumstances and applicable requirements.
Claims should be submitted only when you have a reasonable and good-faith basis for believing that your intellectual property rights have been infringed.
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive claims may result in the claim being rejected and may have other consequences under applicable law.
This policy describes Weaveev's general process for receiving intellectual property complaints. It is not legal advice and does not create legal rights or obligations beyond those required by applicable law.
If you are uncertain about your intellectual property rights or the appropriate legal process, you should consult a qualified legal professional.
We may update this Intellectual Property Claim policy when our procedures, website, services, or legal requirements change.
Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
